LexRock 2010: Music For Almira is a community-based event to raise money for the Umi Southworth Educational Memorial Fund going towards her 12-year-old daughter, Almira. The fund is set up by the Meadowthorpe Neighborhood Association and will go directly to Almira. Her Mother, Umi, was found beaten behind her home in Lexington and died the next day. This is not ...only an opportunity to raise money for Almira, but also allowing the community to come together for a cause and a story that has touched so many lives. Everything is donated by the community (talents & resources).

18 and up ($10 ticket). Outside is all ages and free for those 17 and under. Enjoy live music from all genres inside Busters and outside! There will be two stages! An indoor stage (18 + only) and an outdoor stage (all ages welcome). Buy your tickets now at www.bustersbb.com

There will also be food available for purchase from Meadowthorpe Café, Shamrocks & Dominos and there will be a silent auction! Special appearances from Man-O-War Harley Davidson, The Roller Derby Girls, Magician - Jason York and more to be announced!!

Lexington Center

LexJam II Unplugged is an open to the public acoustic jam session & singer/songwriter show case. If you love music such as Folk, Americana, Bluegrass, Country, Rock & Roll, etc, then this is the place for you. Weather you just want to listen or if you want to join in or sing, this is a good place to get your feet wet. Bring your instruments.  If you are a gigging musician you can tell about your next gig here & CD sales are allowed.
There are several food vendors in the food court area & that is where we bring you this wonderful music each month.
